Objectives
Our Objectives are to
- To provide person-centered programs;
- To provide high quality and least restrictive housing and program services appropriate to the changing needs of the people served;
- To ensure people have access to and voluntary participation in integrated community activities;
- To maintain and encourage a broad-based professional and family input in determining the person's program development and direction;
- To provide monitoring and evaluation of program quality and effectiveness and initiate improvements as necessary.;
Our Pledge
- Care:To provide quality support to the beneficiaries using innovative specialized programs developed for each person.
- Community: To promote acceptance of people with ID/DD challenges through education, awareness and participation in the community.
- Family/Guardians: To involve families and guardians in the everyday lives of beneficiaries by developing person-centered programs for each one recognizing the value of family and advocacy.
- Service Delivery: To provide and integrate the components necessary to meet the general and extraordinary everyday needs of individuals within our family of support.
- Environment: To maintain a home with a living environment conducive to active treatment and community living. A place for our residents to call home!
