Capital Care, Inc is a Residential Services Provider under the Human Care Agreement framework in DC. It runs Supported Living Homes (SLH); Community Residential Facilities (CRF) and Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with Mental Retardation (ICF/MR). The SLHs and CRFs are waiver homes. We are also a Residential services Administration (RSA) provider placing people with ID/DD into meaningful jobs as well as a Home Health Agency, providing home health care services to DC Medicaid Beneficiaries in the District.
In the Washington Metropolitan Area we also provide, day program, supported employment and employment readiness services to persons with ID/DD.
