At Capital Care, we recognize the value of a meaningful and gratifying vocation. Working productively builds self-esteem and aids the growth of social skills. It promotes independence. With proper supervision and counseling, its positive impact on an adult with a disability can make the difference between getting by day to day and truly living. Working with local employers, we place our participants in the community in part and full-time, well-supervised, competitive jobs, appropriate to their level of ability, where they begin to understand the world of employment.
